Nia Okafor VIPsAllowed - Special occasion bottle and it delivered
9/10

Bought this for my dad's 60th and we cracked it open after dinner. Absolutely stunning — really rich and layered but not heavy or boozy despite being 20%. Everyone kept going back for another small glass. Yes it's £899 but for a once-in-a-lifetime bottle it was worth every penny.

Petra Novak VIPsAllowed - Best port I've ever had full stop

Tried this at a tasting event and immediately understood why Fonseca has the reputation it does. Everything is just clean and balanced — no rough edges, no alcohol burn, nothing out of place. The way the flavours build and keep changing in the glass is incredible. Saved up and bought one for myself.

Daisy Miller VIPsAllowed - Gorgeous but hard to justify the price
8/10

A friend brought this to a dinner party and it was genuinely lovely. Really well put together, great clarity on the nose and a finish that just keeps going. My only gripe is the price tag — nearly £900 is a LOT of port. I'd happily drink it again but I don't think I could bring myself to buy a bottle when there are solid vintage ports at a fraction of the cost.

Got this as a gift and honestly it took me a couple of sessions to really get it. First pour I thought it was nice but not mindblowing. Second time I let it breathe properly and the fruit just kept opening up — loads of depth without being jammy or sweet. The finish goes on forever. Properly good port, just give it time.
