Lena Petrova VIPsAllowed - English fizz at its best
9/10

I'm becoming a bit of a fan of English sparkling wines and this is up there with the best I've tried. The nose is confident and the palate has real depth to it, layers of flavour that unfold as you drink. Had it with smoked salmon and it was perfect.

The wine shop guy recommended this when I said I wanted something different from Champagne. Really expressive on the nose and the palate has layers that kept revealing themselves as I drank it. Would definitely buy again for a dinner party.

Bought this for my wife's birthday and we were both really impressed. It's got this lovely crisp acidity that keeps you coming back for more, and there's genuine complexity to it — not just another boring fizz. At £37.75 it's not cheap but honestly felt worth it for a special occasion.

Saw this on a restaurant menu and thought I'd try it. It's well made — clean finish, nice acidity, definitely more interesting than prosecco. But at this price point I think I expected a bit more wow factor. Pleasant rather than exciting.

Devon Marsh VIPsAllowed - My new go-to celebration wine
8/10

Friend brought this round for dinner and I've now bought three bottles myself. It's got a focused, rewarding quality to it — not just generic bubbles. The fruit and acidity are really well balanced. At 12% ABV it's dangerously easy to drink too.

Alex Ramos VIPsAllowed - Served this at our engagement party
8/10

Picked up a few bottles of this for our engagement do and everyone kept asking what it was. It's really well balanced — fruity but not sweet, with a bright sharpness that cuts through nicely. The finish lingers just enough to make you want another glass.

Hannah Brooks VIPsAllowed - Nice but a bit pricey
7/10

It's a solid rosé sparkling wine with good acidity and a clean finish. Taut and structured, more serious than I expected. But nearly £38 is a lot when you can get decent Crémant for half that. I'd wait for a deal.
