Zara Al-Hassan VIPsAllowed - So elegant
9/10

Saw this on a restaurant wine list and decided to treat myself. Really glad I did. It's got this beautiful clarity to it and the finish just goes on and on. At 12.5% it's not heavy at all so we ended up having it right through the meal. Dangerous stuff.

Had this at a friend's dinner party and really enjoyed it. Very refined, proper acidity, nice long finish. My only gripe is the price — nearly a hundred quid is steep and I'm not sure it's twice as good as a £50 bottle. That said I did keep going back for more.

Derek Chang VIPsAllowed - Bone dry and brilliant

If you like your champagne dry, this is about as dry as it gets. No dosage at all so it's got this almost salty mineral thing going on which I really enjoyed. Nearly £95 is a lot but honestly it's Laurent-Perrier so you know what you're getting.

Priya Sharma VIPsAllowed - Best champagne I've had this year
10/10

The wine shop guy recommended this when I said I wanted something special for my wife's birthday. It's so precise and clean, and it keeps getting better the longer it sits in the glass. Easily the best blanc de blancs I've had under £100.

9/10

I always thought I preferred a bit of sweetness in my fizz but this has changed my mind. There's so much flavour here without any sugar to hide behind. Really layered and interesting, almost saline on the finish. Had it with some oysters and it was perfect.

Bought this for our anniversary dinner and wow, it really delivered. Super crisp and clean with zero sweetness — you can really taste the chardonnay coming through. The bubbles are fine and elegant and the whole thing just feels classy without being stuffy. Would absolutely buy again for a special night.

Tariq Hassan VIPsAllowed - Good but not sure it's worth the money
7/10

Picked this up for a celebration and it's definitely quality champagne — crisp, dry, well made. But at £95 I was expecting to be completely blown away and it was more like quietly impressed. Maybe I need to try it again when I'm paying more attention.
