Adaobi Eze VIPsAllowed - Solid champagne, no complaints
8/10

The wine shop guy recommended this when I said I wanted something dry but not aggressive. He was right — it's nicely balanced with a clean finish that doesn't hang around too long. Would definitely buy again for a special occasion.

Simon Hughes VIPsAllowed - Decent, expected a bit more

Picked this up for a dinner party and it went down well enough. Nice and dry, clean tasting, does the job. I just thought for the price there'd be a bit more wow factor. It's good, just not blow-your-socks-off good.

Benjamin Ross VIPsAllowed - This is proper champagne
9/10

Saw this on a restaurant menu and ordered it by the glass first. Ended up getting the bottle. It's got real depth to it, like layers of flavour that keep coming. The extra brut style is exactly what I want — bone dry and elegant. Tracked it down online after.

Luciano Bianchi VIPsAllowed - Good but maybe a touch pricey
7/10

It's a nice champagne, don't get me wrong. Lovely aromas once you let it sit for a minute, and the finish is smooth. But at nearly fifty quid I've had bottles at £35 that I enjoyed just as much. Bit on the fence with this one.

Aria Kim VIPsAllowed - Birthday treat that delivered
9/10

Bought this for my 40th and it was genuinely brilliant. Really dry and crisp without being harsh, and the bubbles are super fine. At £48.50 it's not cheap but for a proper champagne that tastes this good, I'd say it's fair.

Emily Thomas VIPsAllowed - Perfect for our anniversary dinner
8/10

We had this with seafood for our anniversary and it was spot on. Really well structured — not too fruity, not too acidic, just right in the middle. The flavour actually got more interesting the more we drank, which was dangerous.

Sophia Laurent VIPsAllowed - Goes down way too easily
8/10

My partner brought this home and we finished it in about 20 minutes, oops. Really easy to drink for something so dry. I'm not great at describing wine but it smelled lovely and the finish was really clean. At 12.5% it's not going to floor you either. Will be getting more.
