Natalie Ford VIPsAllowed - Solid but not a crowd pleaser
7/10

Bought this for a dinner party and I enjoyed it but a couple of friends weren't sure what to make of it. It's dry and quite saline which I liked, but it's definitely not a safe bet if your guests just want something fruity. That said, the quality is there for the price.

I can tell this is well made and the clean finish is nice, but I think I was expecting something different at £19. It's very dry and that salty edge took me by surprise. Might try it again with tapas or something but on its own it wasn't really my thing.

Alex Ramos VIPsAllowed - Really surprised by this one

Picked this up after the guy at the wine shop recommended it. I don't usually go for sherry-style wines but the salty, fresh thing it does is really moreish. Had it chilled with some olives and almonds on a Friday night and honestly it was perfect. Great value at under £20.

Daniel Oyama VIPsAllowed - Goes brilliantly with food
8/10

Had this at a Spanish restaurant and loved it so much I tracked down a bottle. Bone dry with a sort of savoury, almost nutty depth to it. Poured it alongside some prawns and jamón at home and it was just as good. At 14% it's got a bit of kick too. Will be buying more.
