Connor McBride VIPsAllowed - Really impressed with this one
9/10

Bought this for my wife's birthday dinner and we both loved it. Really clean Pinot Noir flavour, no weird aftertaste, just proper fruit and a nice bit of acidity that kept us going back for more. At £38 it's not cheap but honestly felt worth it for a special occasion.

The wine shop guy recommended this and it's definitely solid — nice cherry-ish nose and it got better the longer it sat in the glass. But £38 for a Pinot Noir I'd never heard of is a tough sell. I'd grab it again on offer but probably not at full price.

James Okafor VIPsAllowed - Lovely Pinot, needs a bit of time
8/10

Poured a glass and thought it was just ok at first, but after about 20 minutes it really opened up and got way more interesting. Layers of fruit and a bright acidity that keeps it fresh. 14% ABV but doesn't taste boozy at all. Would definitely buy again for a nice dinner at home.

Ayako Hirano VIPsAllowed - Goes down dangerously easy

Had this with a lamb stew on a Saturday night and it was a great match. Really balanced, not too heavy, not too light. The finish sticks around just long enough to make you want another sip. Christof Ruof is a new name to me but I'll be keeping an eye out.
