Amira Benali - Good but hard to justify the price

Picked this up from a local wine shop on their recommendation. It's definitely quality champagne — expressive nose, lovely structure, nothing out of place. But at £113 I kept thinking about whether it's really that much better than something half the price. For a gift or a big occasion sure, but I probably wouldn't rebuy for myself.

My mate who's proper into wine recommended this and I can see why. It's got this intensity on the nose that hits you straight away, loads of character. The finish just lingers in a really satisfying way. Bit steep price-wise but it's genuinely a step up from what I usually drink.

Bought this for our anniversary dinner and wow, it really delivered. The bubbles are so fine and elegant, not like your usual fizzy stuff. There's this amazing depth to it that kept changing as we drank — seriously complex without being heavy. At £113 it's not an everyday buy but for a celebration it's absolutely spot on.

Yasmine Najjar - Best champagne I've had in ages

Tried this at a restaurant and immediately tracked down a bottle to buy. Everything is just perfectly balanced — the acidity, the fruit, the fine mousse all working together. That finish is something else, so clean and long. I don't hand out 10s lightly but this one earned it.
