Stunning champagne
Got recommended this by the guy at my local wine shop when I said I wanted something special for my dad's 70th. The finish just goes on and on — honestly I've never had a champagne that lingers like this. Really complex too, every sip was slightly different. Dad was over the moon with it.

This is what good champagne tastes like
I'm not usually a champagne person but this completely changed my mind. It's so clean and precise, not sweet or heavy at all. There's a sort of stone fruit and citrus thing with an almost chalky dryness underneath that I really liked. Came in a nice gift box too which was a bonus since I was giving it as a birthday present.

Worth every penny for a special night
Bought this for our anniversary and it absolutely delivered. The bubbles are so fine and delicate, and there's this lovely citrus and chalky mineral thing going on that kept me coming back for more. At £155 it's not an everyday bottle obviously, but for a celebration it's hard to beat. My wife said it was the best champagne she's ever had.

Beautiful but bit steep
Had this at a friend's dinner party and it's genuinely excellent — crisp acidity, lovely white fruit flavours, incredibly fine bubbles. Really elegant stuff. But at £155 I'm not sure I'd buy it myself when there are solid blanc de blancs out there for half the price. If someone else is paying though, absolutely get it.
