Marianne Blom VIPsAllowed - Nice but not sure it's £75 nice
7/10

Had this at a dinner party and thought it was good, not amazing. It's dry (extra brut apparently means very dry) and the colour is gorgeous. Decent finish too. But honestly for that price I'd probably just grab a regular champagne and a nice bottle of still rosé separately.

9/10

My wife got me this for my birthday and wow. The bubbles are super fine and it's got this real depth to it — not like those bland rosé champagnes you get everywhere. Properly dry and crisp with loads of fruit coming through. At £75 it's not cheap but for a special occasion it's absolutely worth it.

Saw this on a restaurant menu ages ago and finally tracked down a bottle. At 12.5% it's not going to knock you sideways which is nice. Clean, dry, proper fruit flavours that aren't sweet or fake tasting. We split it between two of us and honestly wished we'd bought two bottles.

Penelope Hart VIPsAllowed - This is how rosé champagne should taste
9/10

So this is made by macerating the grapes rather than blending, and you can genuinely tell the difference. Everything about it feels more intentional — the flavour keeps going and the bubbles are really delicate. Had it with roast chicken and it was incredible. Converting my friends one bottle at a time.

Ethan Cooper VIPsAllowed - Impressed but my wallet less so
8/10

Picked this up after the guy at my local wine shop recommended it. Really aromatic when you pour it, you can smell it straight away which I liked. Lovely with some charcuterie we had out for friends. Would buy again if it was maybe £10-15 cheaper, but can't fault the actual champagne.
