Rafael Santos VIPsAllowed - Interesting biodynamic Pinot
7/10

I'm getting more into biodynamic wines lately and picked this up to try. It's got layers — the dark berry and graphite thing on the nose is quite brooding and serious. Palate is more lifted with raspberry and a sort of forest floor quality. Finishes dry and mineral. I liked it, worth exploring if you're into natural-ish wines.

Ravi Krishnan VIPsAllowed - Nice but expected more for the price
6/10

Had this at a friend's dinner party and it was pleasant enough — lovely cherry fruit and a long finish with some cedar notes. But honestly for nearly fifty quid I've had Pinot Noirs that excited me more. It's well made, just didn't blow me away.

7/10

The guy at my local wine shop recommended this as a good biodynamic Pinot Noir and he wasn't wrong. Dark fruit on the nose with a peppery kick, and it drinks really elegantly. At £46.50 though I'd want it to be a special occasion bottle rather than a Tuesday night pour.

Yasmine Najjar VIPsAllowed - Goes brilliantly with lamb
8/10

We had this with slow-roasted leg of lamb and it was perfect. All that dark fruit and the leather and tobacco on the nose just worked so well with the meat. Really concentrated but still graceful somehow? 14% ABV and you can't even tell. Proper grown-up wine.

Daisy Miller VIPsAllowed - Absolutely stunning bottle
9/10

Saw this on a restaurant wine list and took a chance on it. So glad I did. The balance is incredible — it's powerful at 14% but drinks like something much lighter and more elegant. That cedar and dark berry finish just goes on and on. Already ordered a couple of bottles online to have at home.

Marcus Chen VIPsAllowed - Really impressed with this one
8/10

Bought this for my wife's birthday dinner and we both loved it. The cherry and raspberry flavours are so clear and bright, and it's got this earthy thing going on underneath that makes it really interesting. Tannins are smooth too — no harshness at all. Would definitely buy again.
