Farah Abboud VIPsAllowed - Great find from Andrian
8/10

Saw someone mention this online and grabbed a bottle. Really expressive aromatics and a lovely balanced fruit character that doesn't go overboard. At 12% it's easy drinking but there's enough going on to keep you interested. Already ordered more.

Penelope Hart VIPsAllowed - Really nice Pinot Grigio
8/10

Picked this up after the guy at my local wine shop recommended it. Way more interesting than the usual Pinot Grigio I grab from the supermarket — actually has proper flavour to it. The finish lingers nicely too. Would definitely buy again.

Devon Marsh VIPsAllowed - Perfect dinner party wine
8/10

Bought a couple of bottles for a dinner party and everyone commented on it. It's got this really fresh, defined nose that hits you straight away. Light enough at 12% that we got through the evening without anyone falling asleep on the sofa. Big hit all round.

Yuki Nakamura VIPsAllowed - Solid but not cheap
7/10

Good wine, crisp and well balanced with nice acidity. At £18 though it's competing with some really good whites so I'd say it's fair rather than a bargain. Would happily drink it again if someone else was buying.

Omar Diallo VIPsAllowed - A proper grown-up Pinot Grigio
7/10

This is from Alto Adige which apparently makes the best Pinot Grigio in Italy and honestly I can see why. There's actual complexity in the middle of each sip, not just the watery nothing you get from the cheap stuff. Goes brilliantly with fish and chips weirdly enough.

Victor Osei VIPsAllowed - Good everyday white
7/10

Nice clean finish, well made, nothing to complain about really. I don't know loads about wine but I know I liked this more than the usual stuff I buy. The smell is really fresh and fruity which I wasn't expecting from a Pinot Grigio.

Thomas Weber VIPsAllowed - Absolutely loved this
9/10

Had this at a restaurant on holiday and tracked it down when I got home. The acidity is spot on and it stays really composed without being boring. Genuinely one of the best white wines I've had this year. Yes it's £18 but it's worth every penny.

Haruki Sato VIPsAllowed - Bit pricey for what it is
6/10

It's fine. Clean, pleasant, does the job. But I've had Italian whites at £12 that I enjoyed just as much. Maybe I'm missing something but £18 for a Pinot Grigio feels steep to me.
