Priya Sharma VIPsAllowed - Perfect after-dinner drink
8/10

My wife bought this for my birthday and we cracked it open after a big roast. Absolutely lovely stuff. Really expressive on the nose, proper warming, and it just kept getting better as we sat with it. The 15 years of ageing really shows.

Picked this up after the guy at the wine shop recommended it when I said I wanted something different. Really warming and rich, loads going on flavour-wise. At £25 it's not an everyday bottle but honestly it's worth it for a Friday night treat.

Got this for a dinner party and it went down well enough. It's decent — you can tell it's been aged a while and it's got some depth to it. But for nearly £25 I think I expected a bit more honestly. Not bad, just not amazing.

Grace Kim VIPsAllowed - Solid sherry for the price
7/10

I've been getting into sherries lately and this Dry Sack Oloroso is a good one. Properly complex with nice fruit and a bit of acidity that stops it being too heavy. The finish hangs around in a good way. Would buy again.

Penelope Hart VIPsAllowed - Good introduction to oloroso

Saw this on a restaurant menu and ordered a glass, then tracked down a bottle. It's got a nice balance to it — not too sweet, good acidity, and a clean finish that makes you want another sip. At 14% it's easy going too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone curious about sherry.
