Kenji Watanabe VIPsAllowed - Blown away by this
9/10

Bought this for my dad's 60th and we ended up finishing the bottle between three of us. So much going on — every sip was different. The finish just hangs around forever in the best way. At £46 it's not cheap but honestly felt worth every penny for a special occasion.

Kai Oliveira VIPsAllowed - Best oloroso I've had
9/10

I've been getting into sherries lately and this is the one that made me go okay, I get it now. The concentration of flavour is incredible and it keeps evolving in the glass. 20 years of aging really shows.

Saw this recommended somewhere online and thought I'd treat myself. The nose hit me straight away when I opened it — proper aromatic. Each glass seemed to taste a bit different which I loved. Will definitely be buying this again for special occasions.

For a 20 year old oloroso from Valdespino I was expecting to be completely wowed. It's good — well structured, nice long finish — but at this price point I wanted that extra wow factor. Maybe I overhyped it in my head.

Celeste Moreno VIPsAllowed - Perfect after dinner
8/10

Had this at a restaurant and immediately ordered a bottle online when I got home. It's so smooth and clean, no harshness at all. Brilliant with some strong cheese and nuts at the end of a meal.

Picked this up for Christmas and it was the star of the evening honestly. Everyone kept going back for more. Really layered and interesting, even my mate who only drinks lager said it was nice. The 14% means it doesn't knock you sideways either.

Jake Morrison VIPsAllowed - Really impressive sherry
8/10

The guy at my local wine shop talked me into trying this and I'm glad he did. Rich and complex with a lovely acidity that stops it being too heavy. I'm not usually a sherry person but this has changed my mind a bit.

Grace Kim VIPsAllowed - Good but steep price

Nice enough sherry, loads of depth and the nose is gorgeous — you can smell it as soon as you pour. But £46 is a lot and I think you can get similar quality for less. Would buy again on offer though.
