Fine but nothing special

Had this at a friend's barbecue last weekend. It's fine — crisp and clean, does the job. But for £13.50 I'd probably just grab a Marlborough sauv blanc for a tenner that tastes pretty similar. Not bad, just not sure it's worth the extra.

Pleasant enough

My partner picked this for our anniversary meal at home. It's well balanced and easy to drink — not too sweet, not too sharp. The flavour stays with you after each sip which I liked. I'm no expert but I enjoyed it more than I expected to from a New Zealand white at this price.

Decent midweek white

The guy at Majestic recommended this when I said I like sauvignon blanc but wanted something a bit different. It's got a nice freshness to it and the finish actually hangs around longer than I expected. Good with the salmon we had on Tuesday. Solid if not spectacular.

Really nice for the money

Picked this up from Waitrose on a whim and genuinely impressed. Really fresh and zingy, proper sauvignon blanc flavours without being too in your face. At £13.50 it's not the cheapest but honestly it drinks like something more expensive. Would definitely buy again.

Went down a treat at dinner

Bought two bottles for a dinner party and both got polished off before the main course was even done! Really aromatic when you pour it, loads of bright fruity smells. Everyone asked what it was. At 12% it's not too heavy either which is nice for a warm evening.

New favourite sauv blanc

I've been trying different sauvignon blancs this year and this is one of the best so far. Super clean and fresh, really well put together. There's a depth to it that caught me off guard — kept going back for another glass. £13.50 feels about right for the quality.
