Petra Novak VIPsAllowed - Decent but not blown away
6/10

Saw some hype about Riccitelli wines online so gave this a go. It's perfectly nice — smells great and has some depth to it. But for what you're paying I expected a bit more wow factor. Not bad by any means, just didn't live up to my expectations.

8/10

Picked this up from a local wine shop on a whim and glad I did. There's a lot going on in the glass — every sip tastes a bit different which I love. The alcohol doesn't hit you at all despite being 14%, and it's got this clean finish that just makes you want another glass. Would definitely buy again.

7/10

The guy at my local recommended this when I said I wanted something interesting under £20. It's well made — you can tell there's some craft behind it. The finish lingers in a really pleasant way. I'm still learning about Argentine reds but this felt like a step up from the usual supermarket stuff.

Daniel Torres VIPsAllowed - Birthday treat that delivered
8/10

Got this as a birthday present for myself because I loved the name. Let it sit in the glass for a few minutes and the aromas really opened up. Properly complex wine that kept surprising me through the bottle. Had it with a slow-cooked lamb shoulder and it was perfect.

Adaobi Eze VIPsAllowed - Solid red, bit pricey though
7/10

A friend brought this to a dinner party and it went down well with everyone. Nice balanced fruit, not too sweet, good acidity. At nearly £17 though I'd say it's fine but there are similar wines for less. Would drink it again if someone else was buying!
