I'm not usually a sparkling wine person but this changed my mind a bit. There's real complexity here that I wasn't expecting — kept noticing different things each sip. The finish is clean and just makes you want more. Would absolutely buy again.

Bought this for my wife's birthday and we both loved it. Really crisp apple flavours with a hint of something bready underneath. At around £30 it's not cheap but it genuinely tastes like you've spent more.

Had this at a friend's dinner party and immediately asked what it was. There's layers to it — you get orchard fruit up front then this lovely brioche thing going on. The kind of bottle where you look down and realise you've had three glasses already.

Picked up a couple of bottles for a barbecue and everyone was into it. Nothing too challenging but plenty going on with the fruit and a nice freshness. At this price point you can do worse for sure.

It's decent, don't get me wrong. Clean finish and pleasant enough. But for £30 I'd probably expect a bit more wow factor. I've had cheaper sparkling wines that impressed me more honestly.

Saw this on a restaurant menu and liked it so much I tracked down a bottle for home. It's bright and crisp without being too sharp. Goes surprisingly well with takeaway Thai if anyone's wondering.
