Solid but not cheap
Got this as a recommendation from a friend who's way more into wine than me. It's nice, well balanced and smooth, but at nearly £25 I'd want it to blow me away and it didn't quite get there. Would probably buy again on offer though.

Great find from Raul Perez
I've been trying more Spanish wines lately and this Ultreia Godello is one of the better ones I've had. Really well structured, the fruit is clear and defined without being jammy, and the finish keeps you going back for more. Around £24 feels fair for the quality.

Really impressed with this one
Picked this up from my local wine shop on a whim and glad I did. Really expressive on the nose, loads of fruit that just keeps coming. For £24 this is genuinely good — had it with a roast chicken and it was spot on.

Bit strong for me
Bought this for a dinner party and it went down fine with everyone else, but I found the 14% ABV a bit much for my taste. Decent fruit flavours and a clean finish, just wish it was a touch lighter. Not bad by any means.
