Idris Ibrahim VIPsAllowed - Best champagne I've ever had
10/10

My wife got me this as a birthday present and honestly I don't think I can go back to normal champagne now. From the first pour you can tell this is something special — confident and expressive, none of that thin sharp thing you get with cheaper fizz. Structured and seriously good. The magnum format made it even more of an event.

Tyler Bennet VIPsAllowed - Opened this way too young apparently
9/10

The guy at the wine shop said this could age for years but we couldn't wait and cracked it open for New Year's. Even now it's seriously impressive — loads of complexity and everything just works together. Clean finish that makes you sit there for a second before your next sip. Can only imagine what another few years would do to it. No regrets though, life's too short.

9/10

Bought the magnum for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary and it was the star of the night. Really layered and complex — you keep finding new things in each sip. At £499 it's obviously not an everyday buy but for a special moment it absolutely delivered. The finish just goes on and on.

Ingrid Holm VIPsAllowed - Incredible but hard to justify the price
8/10

Tried this at a tasting event and it's genuinely brilliant — beautifully balanced with real depth and a finish that sticks around. But £499 for a magnum is a LOT of money. I'd give the champagne itself a 9 or 10 but the value for money brings it down a notch for me. If someone else is buying though, absolutely say yes.
