Sophia Laurent VIPsAllowed - Birthday treat that delivered
9/10

My wife got me this for my 40th and honestly it was the highlight of the night. Really precise bubbles, super clean taste with this lovely crisp acidity that just keeps going. At £53 it's not cheap but for a special occasion Blanc de Blancs like this, I think it's actually fair.

Saw this on a restaurant menu and ordered a glass — really enjoyed it so tracked down a bottle. It's good, genuinely well-made stuff with nice acidity and a clean finish. But £53.50 means it's staying as a weekend-only treat for me. For everyday fizz I'd look elsewhere.

Freya Lindqvist VIPsAllowed - Brilliant with seafood
8/10

We had this with oysters and grilled prawns at a family thing and it was spot on. The acidity cuts right through and the bubbles are really fine and persistent. At 12.5% it's not going to knock you sideways either. Lovely champagne, would happily serve it to anyone.

Isabella Rossi VIPsAllowed - Converted me to grower champagne
9/10

I used to just grab Moët or Veuve whenever I needed champagne. A mate who's really into wine brought this Pierre Peters round and honestly it's on another level. So much more interesting and expressive on the nose. Now I'm down a rabbit hole of grower champagnes and my wallet is not happy.

Tiffany Nguyen VIPsAllowed - Good but maybe slightly overhyped
7/10

Had this at a friend's dinner party and it was nice, don't get me wrong. Clean finish, good acidity, all that. But at over £50 a bottle I was expecting to be completely blown away and I wasn't quite there. I'd say it's a solid 7 — enjoyable but not life-changing for the price.

Yuki Nakamura VIPsAllowed - Proper champagne, not just fizz
8/10

Picked this up after the guy in my local wine shop recommended it. You can tell straight away it's a step up from your usual prosecco or supermarket champers — there's actual complexity going on, layers of flavour that keep changing as you drink it. Would definitely buy again for a nice dinner.

Yasmine Najjar VIPsAllowed - Goes down dangerously easy
8/10

Opened this on a Friday night with some cheese and before I knew it we'd finished the bottle. It's got this really fresh, focused character — 100% Chardonnay and you can tell. The finish is lovely, makes you want to keep sipping. Dangerous stuff.

Devon Marsh VIPsAllowed - Finally understand what people mean by depth
8/10

I'm still pretty new to wine beyond just red or white but this one genuinely taught me something. There's so much going on in the middle of each sip — it's not just fizzy and done. The finish lingers in a really pleasant way. Starting to understand why people spend real money on champagne now.
