The gift box alone is worth it
Picked this up for a dinner party and the presentation blew everyone away before we even opened it. The champagne itself is really refined — I'm no expert but it tasted clean and elegant with a sort of citrusy freshness that kept me going back for more. Finished the bottle embarrassingly fast between four of us.

Solid champagne, nothing wrong with it
I've been trying different champagnes this year and this is a decent one. Pure Chardonnay so it's on the lighter, more elegant side rather than rich and toasty. Good length on the finish. I just personally prefer something with a bit more punch at this price point, but I can see why people rate it highly.

Perrier-Jouët never lets me down
I'm a big fan of Perrier-Jouët and this blanc de blancs is no exception. You can really taste the quality of the Chardonnay — it's expressive and focused with layers that keep revealing themselves as you drink. The mousse is incredibly fine and polished. Bought it mostly for the Formafantasma box if I'm honest but the champagne more than holds its own.

Perfect for our engagement celebration
My partner proposed and we cracked this open the same evening — felt like the right bottle for the moment. Really lovely stuff, the bubbles are so fine and delicate and it's got this beautiful freshness to it. Not too dry, not too sweet, just perfectly balanced. The 12.5% ABV meant we could enjoy it without getting wrecked too quickly!

Lovely champagne, proper stuff
Had this at a friend's house and liked it so much I went and bought a bottle myself. It's got a really clean, fresh taste with nice depth to it — not one of those champagnes that's all fizz and no flavour. The bubbles are tiny and persistent, which I've learned is a good sign. Would definitely buy again for Christmas or anniversaries.

Birthday treat that delivered
Bought this for my wife's 40th and we were both blown away. Really elegant bubbles, super fine and creamy, and the Chardonnay comes through beautifully — crisp and clean without being sharp. The Formafantasma gift box is gorgeous too, saved me wrapping it. At £75 it's not cheap but for a special occasion it felt worth every penny.

Nice but bit pricey for what it is
Don't get me wrong, this is a good champagne. Crisp, well balanced, lovely fine bubbles. But at nearly £75 I've had bottles at £40-50 that I've enjoyed just as much. If you're buying it as a gift the box is stunning though, so maybe that justifies some of the price.

Smooth and easy drinking
The guy at the wine shop recommended this when I said I wanted something a bit special but not stuffy. He was spot on. It's really smooth with fine bubbles and a nice balanced acidity that makes it refreshing without being too tart. Went brilliantly with the seafood starter we had.
