Rosa Paredes VIPsAllowed - Best rosé champagne I've ever had
10/10

The guy at our local wine shop recommended this when I said I wanted something really special for my mum's 60th. Absolutely blown away. It's so clean and precise, the fruit is there but it's not sweet or heavy at all. Everyone at the table kept commenting on it. Already saving up for another bottle.

Liam Anderson VIPsAllowed - Lovely but not sure it's £256 lovely

Got this as a gift and I'm glad someone else paid for it honestly. It is genuinely delicious — there's a nice acidity to it and the red fruit flavours are really clear without being in your face. Bit of a mineral edge too which I liked. It's a great champagne but I think you're paying a lot for the fancy bottle and the name.

Marianne Blom VIPsAllowed - Beautiful but had to think twice about the price
8/10

My wife spotted this on a restaurant wine list and we went for it. Really elegant champagne — lovely berry flavours and something almost savoury underneath that I wasn't expecting. It's seriously good but at this price point I'd want it to be, you know? Would I buy it again? For a big birthday, maybe.

Natasha Volkov VIPsAllowed - Worth every penny for a special night

Bought this for our 10th anniversary and wow, it did not disappoint. The bubbles are so fine and delicate, and there's this gorgeous red fruit thing going on that just keeps going. At £256 it's obviously not an everyday bottle but for a proper occasion it's absolutely stunning. The finish just lingers forever in the best way.
