Isabella Rossi VIPsAllowed - Birthday treat that delivered
9/10

Bought this for my wife's 40th and we were both blown away. Really expressive on the nose, proper Champagne smell if you know what I mean. Crisp and elegant but not thin — we finished the bottle way too fast. Worth the £72 for a special occasion.

Saw this on a restaurant menu and figured why not. So glad I did. It's got this confident character to it — like it knows it's good but doesn't need to shout about it. Went brilliantly with some oysters to start. Already ordered a couple bottles for home.

Yasmine Najjar VIPsAllowed - Perfect dinner party Champagne
8/10

Had this as an aperitif before a dinner party and it set the tone perfectly. Everyone commented on it. There's a real depth to it that keeps you coming back for another sip, but it stays light and easy at the same time. The finish just goes on and on.

Look, it's a good Champagne. Light, fresh, well made. But at over £70 a bottle I expected to be more wowed than I was. I've had Crémants at a third of the price that gave me more enjoyment honestly. Would I buy again? Probably not at full price.

The wine shop guy recommended this when I said I wanted something a step up from Moët. Pure Chardonnay and you can really tell — it's clean and precise with a lovely long finish. Not cheap but genuinely good Champagne.

I don't know loads about Champagne but I know what I like and I really liked this. It smells amazing straight out of the bottle and tastes fresh and sort of structured? Like there's a lot going on but it all works together. Shared it with my mate on a Friday night and we both agreed it's a keeper.

Idris Ibrahim VIPsAllowed - Decent, expected more complexity
7/10

Picked this up after reading about the Illustration series. It's well balanced and the acidity is spot on, but for a grower Champagne at this price I wanted a bit more going on. The finish is nice and clean though. Would be keen to try other numbers in the series to compare.
