Jason Steel VIPsAllowed - Great everyday-ish red
7/10

Well maybe not everyday at that price but it's become my go-to when I want something a step up from the usual. Lovely aromatics, ripe fruit, good acidity. Had it with pizza last night and it was banging.

Rosa Paredes VIPsAllowed - Turkish wine that actually delivers
8/10

I'm always banging on about trying wines from less obvious places and this one backs me up. Seriously layered, the flavours just keep building as you drink it. Bought a couple more bottles for the rack after finishing the first one.

Mia Sundberg VIPsAllowed - Good but a bit steep
6/10

The wine shop guy recommended this and it's decent enough — balanced, clean finish, nothing to complain about really. But at nearly £25 I think there are better options out there for the money. Would maybe get it on offer.

Alex Ramos VIPsAllowed - Surprised by how good this is
8/10

Saw this on a menu in London and figured why not. So glad I tried it. Really clean and well put together, proper depth to it without being heavy. Went home and ordered a case, which says it all really.

Priscilla Nunes VIPsAllowed - Solid red, good with food
7/10

Had this with a lamb stew and it was a great match. Nice structure and acidity that cuts through rich food. Not the most exciting wine I've ever had but it's well made and I'd happily drink it again.

Marianne Blom VIPsAllowed - Nice dinner party bottle
7/10

Brought this to a friend's birthday dinner and it went down well. Everyone commented on how smooth it was despite being 14% — you really can't tell. The nose is gorgeous, really aromatic straight out of the bottle. Good conversation starter too since nobody had tried Turkish wine before.

Samir Patel VIPsAllowed - Really impressed with this
8/10

Picked this up after seeing it on a wine list at a Turkish restaurant and tracked it down online. Really expressive nose, you can smell it as soon as you pour. Loads of fruit but not jammy, and it drinks way smoother than you'd expect at 14%. Would definitely buy again.

Henrik Larsen VIPsAllowed - Not bad, not amazing
5/10

It's fine? I don't really get the hype. It's a perfectly drinkable red wine but for £25 I was expecting to be blown away and I wasn't. The finish is nice and long though, I'll give it that.
