Tariq Hassan VIPsAllowed - Good but not a rebuy for me
6/10

Saw this on a menu at a tapas place and ordered a bottle for the table. It was pleasant enough — fruity, balanced, easy to drink. But for the price I'd probably just grab a Côtes du Rhône next time. Nothing wrong with it, just didn't grab me personally.

Ruth Banks VIPsAllowed - Solid red for a weeknight
7/10

Picked this up after seeing it online and thought I'd give it a go. Goes really well with a lamb stew. It's got good depth without being too heavy or tannic. Would happily have this on a Tuesday with dinner.

Victor Osei VIPsAllowed - Birthday treat that delivered
8/10

Got this as a birthday present to myself and really glad I did. It smells amazing straight out of the bottle and the taste keeps revealing new stuff as you drink it. 14% but you genuinely can't tell — it's all just smooth and balanced.

Devon Marsh VIPsAllowed - Interesting and well made
7/10

Mencia is a grape I've been exploring lately and this is a good example. Clean aromatics, nice acidity that keeps it fresh, and enough going on to keep you interested. Not a blockbuster but a well-crafted wine that I'd recommend to anyone wanting to branch out from Malbec.

Elena Morozova VIPsAllowed - Really impressed with this one
8/10

Bought this for a dinner party and it was a proper hit. Really smooth with loads of fruit but not in a jammy way — more like actual complexity going on. At under twenty quid it's a solid pick if you want something a bit different from the usual Rioja.

Astrid Nilsen VIPsAllowed - Nice wine, good value
7/10

The wine shop guy recommended this when I said I wanted a Spanish red that wasn't boring. It's got a nice balance to it and the finish hangs around just long enough. Would buy again but wouldn't say it blew my mind.

Tyler Bennet VIPsAllowed - Absolutely loved this
9/10

I don't know much about wine beyond what I like but this is genuinely one of the best reds I've had in ages. The finish just lingers in a really pleasant way and it made our steak night feel properly fancy. Already ordered another bottle.

Finn OBrien VIPsAllowed - Bit pricey for what it is
6/10

It's decent enough but at nearly £20 I expected a bit more wow factor. The flavours are nice and it's well made, just felt like I've had similar for a few quid less. My partner liked it more than I did though so maybe it's just me.
