Good but maybe slightly overpriced
Nice champagne, don't get me wrong. Clean finish, lovely bubbles, good acidity. But at £46.50 I've had bottles I've enjoyed just as much for a tenner less. If it was closer to £35 I'd be rating higher.

Great for a dinner party
Brought this to a friend's dinner party and everyone commented on it. It's got a lovely nose — you can really smell it as soon as you pour. Goes surprisingly well with food too, we had it with a cheese board and some smoked salmon. At 12.5% it's not too boozy either which is always a bonus on a school night.

Proper zero dosage champagne
Picked this up after the guy at my local wine shop wouldn't stop going on about it. He was right though — it's so clean and crisp, none of that cloying sweetness you get with cheaper fizz. The acidity is bang on and it just makes you want another glass. Worth every penny of the £46.50.

This is what champagne should taste like
Brut nature means no added sugar and honestly once you try champagne like this it's hard to go back. Everything just tastes so pure and defined. Had it with some oysters at a dinner party and it was incredible. Lucien Collard clearly know what they're doing.

Birthday treat that delivered
My wife got me this for my birthday and I'm glad she did. Really expressive on the nose, loads of character straight away. It's got proper depth to it without being heavy, which I appreciate. Would definitely buy again for a special occasion.

Saw it on a restaurant menu, tracked it down
Had a glass of this at a restaurant last month and spent the next week trying to find it online. Really well balanced — fruity but with a sharp acidity that keeps it interesting. The finish is clean and makes you keep going back for more. Grand cru quality for sure.

Decent fizz, bit austere for me
I can appreciate this is well made champagne but I think I prefer something with a tiny bit more sweetness. The zero dosage thing means it's very dry and quite lean. My partner loved it though so maybe it's just personal taste. Nice enough for the price.

Converted me to brut nature
I always thought I preferred regular brut but this has completely changed my mind. The clarity of the flavours is unreal — you can taste everything so clearly without sugar getting in the way. It's structured and layered but still really easy to drink. Already ordered another bottle.
