Yasmine Najjar VIPsAllowed - Solid rosé Champagne

I'm not usually a Champagne person but this was genuinely enjoyable. Not too heavy at 12.5% so you can have a couple of glasses without writing off the evening. The acidity keeps it fresh and interesting rather than just sweet and bubbly. Had it with some charcuterie and it worked perfectly.

Bought this for my wife's birthday and we were both really impressed. Lovely pink colour in the glass and it smelled amazing straight away — fruity but not sweet if that makes sense. At £48.75 it's not cheap but honestly felt worth it for a special occasion. We finished the bottle way too fast.

Annika Svensson VIPsAllowed - Nice but bit steep
7/10

Had this at a friend's dinner party and thought it was really good, so tracked a bottle down myself. It's well made and has proper depth to it, not just fizzy pink water like some rosé Champagnes. But nearly fifty quid is a lot when there are solid options for £30-35. Would buy again on offer.

The guy at my local recommended this when I said I wanted a rosé Champagne that wasn't Moët. Really glad I listened. There's a lot going on — you get layers of flavour coming through the more you sit with it. Clean finish too, kept going back for another sip. Will definitely be picking this up again for Christmas.
