Marcus Chen VIPsAllowed - My favourite champagne full stop
10/10

I've had this a few times now and it never disappoints. The wild strawberry on the nose is gorgeous and it's got this lovely creamy texture from the bubbles. Served it at a dinner party last weekend and every single person asked what it was.

My wife got me this for my birthday and wow. I don't know much about champagne but this was clearly a step above what I normally drink. Tasted like proper strawberries and the finish just keeps going. The colour is beautiful too — proper salmon pink.

7/10

The wine shop guy recommended this as the best rosé champagne going. It's good — clean, fruity, well made — but at this price I expected to be completely wowed. The redcurrant flavours are nice and it's very smooth, just not sure it's twice as good as a decent prosecco rosé.

8/10

Picked this up after seeing it on a restaurant menu last month and loved it so much I tracked down a bottle. Really fresh redcurrant flavours and it stays interesting the whole way through the glass. Slightly wish it was closer to £60 but the quality is genuinely there.

Simon Hughes VIPsAllowed - Great but hard to justify the price
8/10

Really nice champagne — proper red fruit flavours, not too sweet, good acidity that keeps it refreshing. But £82 is a lot of money and I've had rosé champagnes at £50 that come close. Would definitely order it at a restaurant for a treat though.

Luciano Bianchi VIPsAllowed - Worth every penny for a celebration
9/10

Bought this for our anniversary and it was absolutely stunning. The strawberry smell hits you straight away and the bubbles are so fine and creamy. At £82 it's not an everyday buy but for a special occasion it's hard to beat.

Samir Patel VIPsAllowed - Incredible with Sunday roast
9/10

Had a glass of this with roast lamb and it was a revelation. The acidity cuts right through the richness and those red fruit flavours actually complement the meat. At 12.5% it's dangerously easy to drink too. Laurent-Perrier clearly know what they're doing with this one.
