Laurent-Perrier Rose NV Champagne / Gift Box
Champagne 12.5% ABV ABV Laurent-PerrierMy go-to celebration champagne
Third time buying this now. Love the ripe berry notes on the nose — you get cherry and almost like a hint of strawberry. It's got enough weight to drink on its own but works great with food too. We had it with salmon and it was perfect.
Good but a bit steep
The wine shop guy recommended this when I said I wanted a rosé champagne. It's definitely tasty — fresh and fruity with nice structure to it. But nearly £77 is a lot and I'm not sure it's twice as good as a £40 prosecco rosé, you know?
The pink champagne that actually delivers
Bought this for my wife's birthday and we were both blown away. The cherry and red berry flavours are so good, and the bubbles are really fine and elegant. At £76 it's not cheap but honestly it felt worth every penny for a special occasion.
Stole the show at our dinner party
Opened this alongside two other sparkling wines and everyone kept going back to the Laurent-Perrier. There's a real depth to it that the others didn't have. The finish just lingers beautifully. Already ordered another bottle.
Gorgeous bottle, gorgeous wine
Got this as a Christmas present and it sat in the fridge for weeks because it looked too nice to open! Finally cracked it and so glad I did. Really smooth with loads of berry character and those tiny bubbles that just keep going. The long finish is genuinely impressive at 12.5% ABV.
Reliable crowd-pleaser
Had this at a friend's wedding last year and finally tracked down a bottle for myself. Lovely red fruit flavours up front and it stays interesting right through to the end. The gift box is a nice touch if you're giving it to someone.
Pretty good, not life-changing
Saw this on a restaurant menu and decided to try a bottle from the shop instead. It's a solid rosé champagne — nice red fruit flavours and proper crisp acidity that keeps it refreshing. I just expected a bit more wow factor at this price point. Would probably buy again on offer.
