Andre Dubois VIPsAllowed - Good not great
7/10

Bought this for New Year's based on some reviews I'd read. It's nice — clean finish, well balanced, smells great straight out of the bottle. But I'm still learning about champagne and at this price point I was maybe expecting to be more blown away? Would try other stuff from Lassaigne though, the quality is obviously there.

Picked this up after the guy at my local wine shop recommended it. It's got this confident, expressive nose that hits you straight away — not shy at all. The finish is really clean and lingers nicely. I'd buy it again but probably only for occasions, not a Tuesday night sort of price.

9/10

My wife got me this for my birthday and wow, what a bottle. Really elegant bubbles with this lovely clean acidity that kept me going back for more. You can tell there's real depth here without it being heavy or over the top. At £65 it's not an everyday thing but for a special occasion it's absolutely worth it.

Ethan Cooper VIPsAllowed - So so good with seafood
9/10

We opened this with a big platter of prawns and oysters and it was perfect. The acidity cuts right through and the finish is long but gentle, not harsh at all. I'm not usually a rosé champagne person but this one's converted me. Already ordered another bottle.

Alex Ramos VIPsAllowed - Genuinely impressive

Saw this on a restaurant wine list and decided to take the plunge. Really well made — the complexity builds the longer it sits in the glass which I loved. It's the kind of champagne where you keep noticing new things. Would definitely recommend if you want something a step up from the usual suspects.

Annika Svensson VIPsAllowed - Nice but a bit steep
7/10

Had this at a friend's dinner party and thought it was solid. Good structure, nice balance of fruit and acidity. But honestly at nearly £65 I think there are rosé champagnes that get you 90% of the way there for less. Not bad by any means, just not sure it justifies the premium.
