The wine shop guy recommended this when I said I wanted something bold. It's nice — big dark fruit, solid structure, and it doesn't taste boozy even at 14%. But honestly for £68 I expected to be a bit more blown away. I'd grab it again on sale.

Absolutely loved this. The nose hits you straight away with really clear dark berry aromas and the finish just keeps going without being over the top. Shared it with friends at a dinner party and everyone asked what it was. One of the best reds I've had this year.

Never really had Petite Sirah before, picked this up after reading about it online. Proper dark and intense but not heavy if that makes sense? It actually got better the longer it sat in the glass. Had it with a lamb stew and it was spot on.

Bought this for my wife's birthday dinner and we both loved it. Really rich dark fruit flavours, almost like blackberry jam but not sweet. The tannins are firm but smooth — went perfectly with the ribeye we made. At nearly £70 it's a treat, not an everyday bottle, but worth it for a special occasion.

Decent wine. Nice dark fruit, good balance, tannins aren't too aggressive. It's well made for sure and I can see why people rate it highly. Just felt like at this price point there are other options I'd reach for first. Would still happily drink another glass though.
