Dmitri Volkov VIPsAllowed - Best champagne I've ever had
10/10

I don't say this lightly but this is genuinely the best champagne I've tasted. The 12 years ageing makes such a difference — it's got this depth and richness but stays so fresh and crisp at the same time. Poured it for friends and everyone went quiet for a second after the first sip. That tells you everything.

Kofi Asante VIPsAllowed - The wine shop guy nailed it
9/10

Asked for something special for my wife's 40th and the guy at our local wine shop recommended this Gosset. So glad I trusted him. It smells amazing straight out of the bottle — really open and inviting. She loved it, I loved it, we wished we'd bought two bottles.

9/10

Bought this for our anniversary and wow, it really delivered. The bubbles are so fine and delicate, and there's this lovely warmth to it that I wasn't expecting from a rosé champagne. It kept changing in the glass too — every sip was a bit different. At £126 it's not an everyday thing but for a celebration? Absolutely.

Marcus Chen VIPsAllowed - Gorgeous rosé champagne

Treated myself after a promotion and no regrets. The colour is beautiful and the taste matches — fresh but with real substance behind it. Clean finish that just makes you want another glass. 12.5% ABV so you're not going to fall over either. Already planning when I can justify buying another one.

Zara Al-Hassan VIPsAllowed - Properly grown-up champagne

This isn't your standard brunch fizz, it's a serious bit of champagne. You can really tell it's been aged for ages — there's a warmth and complexity you just don't get from younger bottles. The acidity keeps everything in check so it never feels too rich. Sipped it slowly over a long Sunday lunch and it was perfect.

Ethan Cooper VIPsAllowed - Nice but expected more at this price
7/10

Had this at a restaurant and was curious enough to look it up after. It's good, don't get me wrong — lovely aromas, well balanced, not heavy at all despite the richness. But for north of £125 I guess I was expecting to be completely blown away and it didn't quite get there for me. Still a solid champagne though.

Sara Lindstrom VIPsAllowed - Impressive but my wallet hurts
8/10

A mate brought this to a dinner party and I'm glad he was the one paying. Really elegant stuff — not sweet at all like some rosé fizz, more dry and complex with layers of flavour that keep going. The finish just hangs around in the best way. Would I buy it myself? Maybe for a big birthday.

Hannah Brooks VIPsAllowed - Shared it and now my friends keep asking about it
8/10

Opened this at a dinner party and it was the talking point of the evening. Everyone kept commenting on how different it was from regular champagne — more layered and interesting. A couple of mates have already asked me where I got it. It's pricey at £126 but honestly you do taste where the money goes.
