Sara Lindstrom VIPsAllowed - Perfect for a dinner party
7/10

Bought this for a Spanish-themed dinner party and it went down really well. Super savoury and bone dry, not for anyone who likes their wine fruity. The finish lingers nicely and a couple of guests asked me where I got it, so that says something.

Petra Novak VIPsAllowed - The wine shop guy knows his stuff
8/10

Was recommended this by the guy at my local wine shop when I said I wanted something different. He wasn't wrong — it's intense and saline with loads of depth, almost like drinking something from the sea in the best way possible. At 14% it's easy drinking too. Will definitely be going back for more.

Oscar Delgado VIPsAllowed - Good but a bit steep
6/10

Nice enough wine, very dry and mineral-y with a clean finish. But £33 is a lot for something this niche — I'd have been happier at around £25. Would probably order it at a restaurant but wouldn't rush to rebuy a bottle.

Daniel Torres VIPsAllowed - Really impressed with this one
8/10

Picked this up after seeing it on a restaurant menu and wanting to try it at home. It's so dry and savoury, almost salty in a way that just makes you want another glass. Brilliant with some manchego and olives on a Friday night.
