Picked this up for our anniversary and even my husband who normally only drinks beer said it was incredible. The rose petal smell when you first pour it is gorgeous. It's got this pastry thing going on in the finish that makes it feel really luxurious. We're already planning to order another bottle.

Bought this for a dinner party and everyone kept asking about it. It's got this lovely bready richness but stays really fresh and crisp at the same time. The chalky dry finish is something else. Only knocking a point off because I wish I could afford to drink it more often.

Got this as a birthday present to myself and wow, so glad I did. The strawberry and brioche thing is real — it smells amazing before you even take a sip. Bubbles are super fine and it just keeps going on the finish. Worth every penny of the £65.

It's a nice champagne, don't get me wrong. The brioche and fruit flavours are lovely and it's clearly well made. But at £65 I expected to be completely blown away and I wasn't quite there. Would probably pick something a bit cheaper for everyday celebrations.

This is what champagne should taste like. You can actually taste the Pinot Noir coming through with that strawberry note, and the finish goes on forever. Had it with some cheese and crackers on a Friday night and it was perfect.

Tried this at a restaurant and tracked down a bottle online after. That dry chalky finish really sticks with you — in a good way. It's not your typical sweet-ish champagne, it's got real structure to it. My partner thought it was a bit too dry but I thought it was bang on.

The wine shop guy recommended this when I said I liked Pinot Noir-based champagnes and he was spot on. Absolutely loved the apple and lemon flavours cutting through the richness. Dangerously drinkable for 12% — we finished the bottle way too fast.
