Amira Benali VIPsAllowed - My new go-to for special occasions
8/10

Picked this up after seeing it on a restaurant wine list and tracking it down online. Really generous flavour, not thin or sharp like some champagnes can be. The finish just keeps going. At 12.5% it's not too boozy either which is always a bonus.

Got this for NYE instead of our usual bottle and everyone kept asking what it was. It smells amazing right when you pour it, really inviting and fruity. Way more interesting than the big brand champagnes we normally get. Will be stocking up for next year.

Ethan Cooper VIPsAllowed - Nice but not sure it's worth £40
7/10

Had this at a dinner party last weekend. It's good champagne, nice and fruity with decent bubbles, but I'm not sure I'd pay nearly forty quid for it when you can get solid prosecco for a third of the price. If someone else is buying though, I won't complain.

Sophia Laurent VIPsAllowed - Proper champagne this
9/10

Bought this for my wife's birthday and we were both really impressed. Lovely rich nose on it, you can tell it's made from red grapes even though it's a white champagne. Bubbles are super fine and it's got a really clean finish. At £40 it's not cheap but honestly it drinks like something more expensive.

Alex Ramos VIPsAllowed - Stunning with roast chicken
9/10

We cracked this open with a Sunday roast and honestly it was perfect. It's got enough body and richness to stand up to food, not just a toast-and-forget-about-it champagne. The acidity cuts through everything. Already ordered two more bottles.

Emily Thomas VIPsAllowed - Solid champagne, nothing mind-blowing
7/10

It's a decent Grand Cru champagne and I enjoyed drinking it. Nice fruit, clean finish, fine bubbles. But for the price I was expecting to be a bit more wowed. Maybe I need to try it again with lower expectations.

Ryan Mitchell VIPsAllowed - Great find from our local wine shop
8/10

The guy at our wine shop recommended this when I said I wanted something a bit different from the usual Moët. It's a Blanc de Noirs so it's all Pinot grapes, and you can really taste the difference — more depth and fruit than your typical fizz. Would definitely buy again.
