Tiffany Nguyen VIPsAllowed - Great with cheese and charcuterie
8/10

Had this at a friend's house with a big cheese board and some jamón and it was absolutely perfect. Dry, savoury, and really complex without being overwhelming. The finish just lingers nicely. Going to track down a bottle for myself.

Herbert Muller VIPsAllowed - Dinner party winner
8/10

Brought this to a dinner party as something a bit different and it was a real talking point. Most people hadn't tried proper Amontillado before and everyone was impressed by how complex it is. Goes brilliantly with salty snacks and cured meats. Worth the spend for a special occasion.

Daniel Torres VIPsAllowed - Decent but not sure about the hype
7/10

Everyone raves about Emilio Hidalgo and yeah it's solid. Clean, well-made, nice savoury depth. But at 14% and sixty quid I expected something that'd knock my socks off and it was more quietly good than exciting. Might grow on me with another bottle.

Sophia Laurent VIPsAllowed - Seriously impressive sherry
9/10

Picked this up after the guy at my local wine shop wouldn't stop going on about it. He was right — it's got this amazing nutty, savoury thing going on that just keeps evolving in the glass. At sixty quid it's not cheap but honestly I've had worse bottles at twice the price. Will definitely be buying again.

Rafael Santos VIPsAllowed - Perfect for a slow evening
8/10

Bought this for my dad's birthday and we ended up sharing it after dinner. Really layered and interesting, you keep finding new things each sip. The acidity keeps it fresh so it doesn't feel heavy at all. Dad loved it, which is the main thing.

Kofi Asante VIPsAllowed - Good but pricey
7/10

Bit steep at £60 for what it is if I'm honest. It's a nice Amontillado, lovely dry nutty character and clean finish, but I've had similar from other Jerez producers for less. Would happily drink it again but probably wouldn't buy it myself.

Marco Andretti VIPsAllowed - Blown away honestly
9/10

I'm still fairly new to sherry but this has completely changed my perspective. It's so much more interesting than I expected — layers of flavour that keep unfolding. The acidity makes it really moreish. Saw it on a menu at a tapas place and ordered a bottle to take home the next day.
