Kwame Mensah VIPsAllowed - The zero dosage thing is real
8/10

So the wine shop guy explained this has no added sugar and you can genuinely taste the difference. It's so direct and honest compared to sweeter champagnes. Really interesting bottle if you're into trying something a bit different. The acidity gives it proper backbone.

Saw this on a restaurant menu and took a chance on it. Goes brilliantly with salmon and lighter dishes. At 12.5% it's not too heavy either so we polished off the bottle easily. The dryness cuts through richer food really well.

Penelope Hart VIPsAllowed - Really clean and refreshing

Had this at a friend's dinner party and immediately asked what it was. Super crisp acidity, no sweetness at all, just pure clean champagne with a hint of red fruit. Tracked a bottle down myself the next week.

It's good, very dry and clean with nice fruit flavours. But for north of sixty quid I wanted to be wowed and I wasn't quite there. My partner preferred it more than I did so maybe it's a taste thing. The finish is pleasant enough though.

Isla McCallister VIPsAllowed - Best rosé champagne I've tried
9/10

Picked this up after reading about Drappier somewhere online. The nose is amazing — just smells like proper rosé champagne should. It's got layers to it that keep revealing themselves as you drink. Already ordered another bottle.

Bought this for my wife's birthday and we were both blown away. It's bone dry with no added sugar which really lets the fruit shine through. The pink colour is gorgeous in the glass too. Pricey at £63 but honestly worth it for a celebration.

Aria Kim VIPsAllowed - Nice but bit steep
7/10

Good rosé champagne, don't get me wrong. Lovely dry style and the finish lingers nicely. But at £63.50 I've had bottles at half the price that I enjoyed just as much. Would drink again if someone else was buying.
