Wei Zhang VIPsAllowed - Zero dosage convert
8/10

My mate keeps going on about zero dosage champagnes so I finally tried one. Ok I get it now. There's no added sugar so you get this really focused, almost laser-like crispness that regular champagne doesn't have. The finish is clean and just keeps going. Really impressed.

Nils Bergman VIPsAllowed - Saw this on a restaurant menu
8/10

Tried this at a restaurant first and liked it enough to track down a bottle. It's properly dry with great balance — the fruit and acidity work together rather than fighting each other. At home it was just as good with some takeaway sushi. Will definitely buy again.

Kwame Mensah VIPsAllowed - Perfect dinner party bottle
9/10

Brought this to a friend's birthday dinner and everyone asked about it. It's bone dry which I love, and there's a real depth to it that opens up after a few minutes in the glass. Goes brilliantly with oysters or just good cheese and crackers.

Ravi Krishnan VIPsAllowed - Bit too sharp for me
6/10

I can see why people rate this but it's not really my thing. The acidity is quite intense without any sugar to soften it and after a couple of glasses I found it a bit much. Well made though and the finish is genuinely long. Just wish it was a touch rounder for £55.

Daisy Miller VIPsAllowed - This is the real deal
9/10

Bought this for New Year's Eve and honestly it stole the show. Super crisp and dry with no sweetness at all — just pure clean champagne flavour. The bubbles are fine and it stays lively in the glass for ages. At £55 it's not cheap but it's genuinely special.

Isla McCallister VIPsAllowed - Drappier never lets me down
8/10

Had the regular Drappier before and liked it so thought I'd try the zero dosage version. It's tighter and more precise, with a really clean finish that doesn't just disappear. The nose is expressive right away which I appreciate — no waiting around for it to open up. Solid buy at this price point.

Sophie Brennan VIPsAllowed - Good but very dry
7/10

Fair warning if you like your fizz on the sweeter side — this is VERY dry. No dosage means no added sugar and you can tell. I liked the crisp acidity and the aromas are lovely straight from the bottle, but my partner found it a bit too austere. One for the dry wine fans.

Aiko Tanaka VIPsAllowed - Nice but not sure it's worth £55
7/10

Got this as a recommendation from my local wine shop. It's good, really dry and refreshing with a lovely sharp acidity, but I think for the price I expected a bit more wow factor. Would probably reach for a decent prosecco day to day and save this for occasions.
