Digby Leander Pink NV
Red 14% ABV ABV DigbyDinner party hit
Brought this to a dinner party and everyone kept asking about it. There's proper depth to it, layers of flavour that keep coming through as you drink. The acid keeps it fresh too so it goes down easy with food. Really impressed.
Really nice pink
Picked this up from a local wine shop on a whim and really glad I did. Lovely fruit flavours that aren't too sweet, and it's got a nice clean finish. Would definitely buy again for a summer BBQ.
Good stuff from Digby
Saw this on a restaurant menu and decided to grab a bottle to try at home. It's well made — balanced fruit, clean acidity, and a finish that lingers nicely without being too much. Digby clearly know what they're doing.
Bit pricey for what it is
It's fine, drinks well enough and the finish is clean. But honestly for thirty-odd quid I expected a bit more wow factor. Wouldn't rush to buy it again when there's plenty of good stuff at £20.
Absolutely loved this
OK so I don't usually spend this much on wine but WOW. The nose is gorgeous, really expressive and fruity without being over the top. Paired it with a roast lamb and it was perfect. Already ordered another bottle.
Recommended by the shop and they were right
The guy in the wine shop suggested this when I said I wanted something interesting but not too heavy. He was spot on — it's got clear fruit character and a nice backbone to it. Pleasant length on the finish too.
Solid but not cheap
Got this as a birthday present and it's a proper nice wine. Good structure and the fruit is balanced really well — not jammy at all. At £34 though I'd probably not buy it for a weeknight, more of a special occasion bottle.
