Farah Abboud VIPsAllowed - Nice but bit pricey for what it is
7/10

Had this at a dinner party last weekend. It's good champagne, don't get me wrong — clean finish, smells great straight out of the bottle. But at nearly £54 I think there are NV champagnes that give you more bang for your buck. Would drink it again if someone else was buying though.

I don't know loads about champagne but I know what I like, and this is it. There's so much going on — layers of flavour that keep unfolding as you drink. Brought it to a friend's engagement party and everyone asked what it was. The finish just lingers in a really pleasant way.

Connor McBride VIPsAllowed - Birthday treat that delivered
9/10

Bought this for my wife's 40th and we were both blown away. Really layered and interesting — kept changing as we drank it, which I wasn't expecting from a non-vintage. At £54 it's not cheap but for a special occasion it felt worth every penny.

Felix Moreau VIPsAllowed - Goes down dangerously easy
8/10

Picked this up after seeing it recommended online somewhere. Poured it and the aromas just hit you immediately which was a nice surprise. Really well balanced between the fruit and that crisp fizzy acidity. We finished the bottle before the starter was done, so take from that what you will.
