Isla McCallister VIPsAllowed - Impressed but my wallet isn't

Had this at a friend's birthday dinner and it blew me away — way more structure than most rosé Champagnes I've tried. Really balanced, not too fruity, not too dry. Tracked a bottle down afterwards but £129 is steep so it'll stay a treat rather than a regular buy.

Bought this for our anniversary and it was genuinely stunning. Really layered and complex — you keep noticing new things as you drink it. The finish just lingers in the best way. At £129 it's not cheap but honestly felt worth it for the occasion.

Nia Okafor VIPsAllowed - Really good but not sure it's £129 good

Tried this at a tasting event and it's definitely quality stuff. Nice precise acidity, proper backbone to it, and the finish hangs around for ages. My only gripe is the price — there are solid vintage Champagnes out there for less. Still, if someone else is buying, absolutely say yes.

Kai Oliveira VIPsAllowed - Best rosé Champagne I've had
10/10

The guy at my local wine shop talked me into this and I'm so glad he did. It's so composed and elegant without being boring — the acidity is spot on and it just keeps giving. I don't throw 10s around lightly but this earned it.
