Genuinely impressed

I'm still fairly new to champagne beyond the big names, so I took a punt on this after seeing it on a menu. So glad I did. It's got layers — like you keep noticing new things as you drink it. The stone fruit notes are gorgeous and it stays interesting right to the last sip.

Nice but a stretch at this price

It's good, don't get me wrong — crisp, fruity, clean finish. But at over £50 I'd want it to absolutely blow me away and it didn't quite get there. I've had bottles at £35 that I've enjoyed just as much. Would drink again if someone else was buying though!

Decent champagne, nothing wild

Had this at a friend's dinner party. It's perfectly nice — fresh, well made, good acidity. I just didn't find it massively different from other champagnes in this price range. Clean finish though, and it went down very easy with the nibbles.

Birthday treat that delivered

Bought this for my 40th and wow, really glad I did. The bubbles are fine and elegant, and there's this lovely stone fruit thing going on that I wasn't expecting from a champagne. It lingered nicely too — we were still talking about it the next day.

A step up from the usual suspects

Tired of always grabbing Moët so I tried this on a recommendation. Definitely more interesting — there's a real generosity to the fruit and it smells amazing when you first pour it. Slightly floral, stone fruit, just really inviting. 12.5% ABV means it doesn't hit too hard either which is a bonus at a long lunch.

Solid champagne, not just hype

The guy at my local wine shop recommended this and he wasn't wrong. It's got real depth to it, not just fizzy and sharp like some cheaper ones. There's a freshness and almost floral quality on the nose that's really appealing. At fifty quid it's not cheap but it's proper champagne.

Perfect for our anniversary dinner

We had this with seared scallops for our anniversary and it was a brilliant match. Really well balanced with enough acidity to cut through the richness. The finish is clean and doesn't have that bitter aftertaste some champagnes leave. Will be buying again for special occasions.
