Great dinner party Champagne
Opened this at a dinner party and got loads of compliments. It's got this pure, fresh nose that hits you straight away, and the taste has proper depth to it. The finish lingers nicely too. Everyone asked where I got it from.

Nice but a bit steep
The wine shop guy recommended this when I said I wanted something a step up from Prosecco. It's definitely good — clean, crisp, proper Champagne vibes. But at over £50 I've had bottles I enjoyed just as much for less. Would I buy it again? Maybe on offer.

Genuinely impressive stuff
I'm a bit of a Champagne nerd and this really stood out. The fruit is so clean and well-defined, and there's a structure to it that tells you they've taken their time in the cellar. The acidity is spot on — firm but not harsh. One of the better organic Champagnes I've tried at this price point.

Birthday treat that delivered
Bought this for my wife's 40th and we were both really impressed. The bubbles are super fine and elegant, and there's this lovely clean fruit thing going on that just makes you want another glass. At £52 it's not cheap but for a special occasion it felt worth every penny.

Solid organic fizz
I've been trying to buy more organic wines lately and this Devaux caught my eye. Really well balanced — not too sweet, not too dry, with a nice acidity that keeps it fresh. Good complexity for the price, though I'd probably save it for occasions rather than a Tuesday night.

Lovely with Sunday roast
Picked this up for a family lunch and it went down a treat with the chicken. Really balanced and fresh, with layers of flavour that keep things interesting. The finish is long and clean which I always like in a fizz. Would happily buy again for a nice weekend meal.

Decent but not mind-blowing
Saw this on a restaurant menu and thought I'd try it since it was organic. It's nice — fizz is fine, flavour is clean, and it goes down easy. But honestly at 12.5% and £50+ I expected to be a bit more wowed. Perfectly good Champagne, just didn't knock my socks off.
