Liam Anderson VIPsAllowed - Seriously impressive champagne
9/10

Picked this up for my wife's birthday and we were both blown away. Really dry and crisp with this mineral thing going on at the end that just keeps going. At £67.50 it's not cheap but honestly felt worth it for a special occasion. We killed the bottle way too fast.

Kenji Watanabe VIPsAllowed - Stole the show at our dinner party
9/10

Brought this to a dinner party and everyone wanted to know what it was. It's got this amazing clarity to it, you can smell it from across the table practically. The dryness works perfectly with food — we had it with some smoked salmon starters and it was spot on.

Erik Strom VIPsAllowed - Good but not sure it's worth the price
7/10

The wine shop guy recommended this as a "real champagne lover's champagne" and I can see what he meant — it's bone dry and very precise, no sweetness at all. Personally I think I prefer something with a tiny bit more fruit for this kind of money. That said the quality is obviously there.

Luna Chavez VIPsAllowed - Interesting but quite austere
7/10

Saw this on a restaurant menu and decided to try it by the glass. It's very dry and mineral-driven, which I know is the point with zero dosage, but I found it a bit stern on its own. Might work better with food. The finish is lovely though, really clean and long.

Marianne Blom VIPsAllowed - My new go-to for celebrations
8/10

Third time buying this now. At 12.5% it doesn't knock you sideways either which is a bonus. There's a real depth to it that you don't get with cheaper fizz — proper complexity in the middle that keeps you interested. Not the cheapest at nearly £70 but it beats a lot of champagnes I've had at double the price.

Tariq Hassan VIPsAllowed - Zero dosage done right
8/10

I've been getting into zero dosage champagnes lately and this Bruno Paillard is one of the better ones I've tried. Really clean finish and the acidity keeps everything lively without being harsh. Opens up nicely if you give it 10 minutes in the glass. Would buy again.
