Thomas Weber VIPsAllowed - Best champagne I've had in years
10/10

Had this at a friend's dinner party and immediately asked where they got it. The acidity is spot on — crisp and fresh but there's real richness underneath. Blanc de blancs done right. Already ordered two bottles for Christmas.

The wine shop guy recommended this when I said I wanted something a step up from Moët. It's really elegant and has this clean, lingering finish that keeps you coming back for more. Nearly £100 is a lot though, so this is strictly celebrations only for me.

We opened this with roast chicken and it was unreal — the acidity cuts right through the richness of the food. It's a 2014 vintage so it's had some time to develop and you can tell. Not your everyday champagne obviously but for a proper sit-down meal it's hard to beat.

Aria Kim VIPsAllowed - Classy stuff
9/10

Picked this up at a wine fair and the guy pouring it said to give it a few minutes to open up. He was right — at first it's quite restrained but then all these layers start coming through. Really well made champagne, feels like proper luxury without being over the top.

Derek Chang VIPsAllowed - Nice but expected more for the price
7/10

Got this as a gift and it's definitely good champagne — clean finish, nice depth, well balanced. But at nearly a hundred quid I think I expected it to blow my mind a bit more? I've had cheaper bottles that excited me more. Still very drinkable, just not the wow factor I was hoping for.

Tariq Hassan VIPsAllowed - Really good with food
8/10

Saw this on a restaurant menu and took a punt on it. Honestly I normally just drink champagne on its own but this one was brilliant with our starters — it's got enough backbone to stand up to food without losing its fizz appeal. Bit pricey for what it is if you're buying retail though.

Emily Thomas VIPsAllowed - Birthday treat that delivered
9/10

Bought this for my wife's 40th and wow, it really was something special. So much depth compared to the usual prosecco we drink — proper structured and complex without being showy. We had it with a seafood platter and it was perfect. Would absolutely buy again for a special occasion.
