Solid rosé champagne, does what it says
I'm not usually a rosé person but I tried this at a wedding and liked it enough to track down a bottle. It's well balanced with good acidity and those red fruit notes are there without being too sweet. Decent finish too. Good champagne, just wish it was a bit cheaper.

Best champagne I've ever had
My wife got me this as a birthday present in the gift box and wow. The flavour just keeps going — red berries, something savoury and toasty, and it's so smooth for 12.5%. I kept going back for another sip because the finish lingers in the best way. I don't say this lightly but this is a 10 for me.

Blew my dinner party guests away
Picked this up after the guy at my local wine shop recommended it. Served it as a starter with some smoked salmon and everyone was asking about it. There's a real depth to it — not just fizzy and fruity, it's got this savoury biscuity quality that makes it feel serious. The magnum was perfect for six of us.

Christmas treat that didn't disappoint
Treated myself to this for Christmas Day and no regrets. Opened it with lunch and it went brilliantly with the turkey. Really expressive nose — you can smell the ripe berries before you even take a sip. It unfolds slowly too, not one of those champagnes that hits you all at once and then fades. Proper quality.

Worth every penny for a special night
Bought the magnum for our anniversary dinner and it was honestly the highlight of the evening. Beautiful pink colour, loads of red fruit on the nose with this lovely biscuity thing going on underneath. At £142 for a magnum it's not cheap but you're getting Bollinger quality and it lasted us the whole night.

Really good but hard to justify the price
Had this at a friend's house party and it was delicious — proper structured champagne with nice red fruit flavours and a clean finish. But £142 is a lot of money. I'd buy it for a milestone birthday or something but not as a regular purchase. Still, genuinely impressive stuff.
