Seriously impressive blanc de blancs
Picked this up after seeing it on a restaurant wine list and wanting to try it at home without the markup. The clarity is something else — it's not trying too hard, just really composed and precise. Goes brilliantly with seafood, we had it with some pan-fried scallops and it was a perfect match.

Best champagne I've ever had
The wine shop guy recommended this when I said I wanted something special for my wife's 40th and honestly it blew us both away. So elegant and precise, really light on its feet but there's loads going on underneath. We sat there just slowly working through the bottle and neither of us wanted it to end.

Classy champagne, proper stuff
Had this at a friend's wedding and tracked down a bottle afterwards. It's got this clean, focused taste that's nothing like the supermarket fizz I usually drink. The finish just lingers really nicely. Bit steep price-wise but you can tell it's quality.

Very good but hard to justify the price
Got this as a birthday present and it's lovely — bright acidity, really well balanced, and a finish that sticks around. But £144 is a lot of champagne money and I'm not sure it's twice as good as a decent £70 bottle. Would I buy it myself? Probably not, but I'm glad someone else did.

Worth every penny for a special night
Bought this for our anniversary dinner and wow. Really crisp and bright with this lovely depth that kept surprising me — every sip was a bit different. At £144 it's not an everyday thing but for a celebration it felt absolutely worth it.
