Simon Hughes VIPsAllowed - Dinner party hero
9/10

Brought this to a dinner party and everyone asked about it. The colour is gorgeous and it smells amazing right out of the bottle — really clear, defined aromas, not just generic fizz smell. The extra brut dryness meant it worked brilliantly with the starter and the main. Will definitely be buying more Bereche.

I don't normally spend this much on a single bottle but I'm so glad I did. This is champagne that actually makes you stop and pay attention. The acidity is bright and driving, the fruit is there but restrained, and that finish — it just lingers beautifully. Already ordered another one for Christmas.

I've been getting into grower champagnes lately and Bereche is quickly becoming one of my favourites. This rosé is bone dry (extra brut) and super taut — none of that sugary rosé nonsense. Really well-defined fruit flavours that don't blur into each other. Had it with seared salmon and it was perfect.

Petra Novak VIPsAllowed - Stunning rosé champagne
9/10

Bought this for our anniversary dinner and wow, it completely stole the show. The bubbles are super fine and there's this amazing crispness that just keeps going. It's dry without being harsh and every sip reveals something new. At nearly £95 it's a splurge but honestly worth every penny for a special occasion.

Isla McCallister VIPsAllowed - Best champagne I've had this year
10/10

My wife got me this for my birthday and I'm still thinking about it weeks later. The acidity is so bright and clean, it cuts right through but in the most elegant way. The finish just goes on and on. I've had rosé champagnes twice the price that don't come close to this.

Kai Oliveira VIPsAllowed - Great but needs time to open up
8/10

Tried this at a tasting event and then tracked down a bottle. Fair warning — pour it and give it a good 15 minutes before you judge it. Straight from the bottle it's a bit closed off, but once it opens up the layers of flavour are genuinely impressive. The dryness keeps it refreshing. Good stuff.

Wei Zhang VIPsAllowed - Nice but maybe overhyped?
7/10

Saw this getting loads of praise online so I treated myself. It's a very good champagne, clean and precise with a long finish, no question. But for nearly a hundred quid I expected to be completely blown away and I wasn't quite there. Maybe I need to try it again with food rather than on its own.

Marcus Chen VIPsAllowed - Really impressive but pricey
8/10

The wine shop guy recommended this when I asked for something special and different. It's definitely complex — starts quite reserved then opens up beautifully over 20 minutes. Bit pricey at £95 for what is essentially a rosé champagne though. I'd buy it again for a celebration but not as an everyday thing obviously.
