Nice but bit steep for cava
Look, it's a solid wine — fresh, elegant, clean finish. But £31 for a cava? I've had cavas at half the price that I enjoyed just as much. Would probably buy again if it was on offer but not at full whack.

Our new go-to for dinner parties
Served this at a dinner party last month and everyone asked what it was. It's got this lovely limey freshness with a bit of a bready, toasty edge that makes it feel fancy without being stuffy. Goes down dangerously easy.

Rosé fizz done right
Saw this on a wine list at a tapas place and ordered a bottle to try. Absolutely loved it. The pear and flower notes on the finish are gorgeous and it's so well balanced. Tracked down a bottle online the next week — no regrets.

Great cava, not your usual supermarket stuff
The guy at my local wine shop recommended this when I said I wanted something sparkling but different. Really fresh, lots of pear and citrus, and the bubbles are super fine and smooth. Definitely a step up from prosecco night.

Birthday treat that delivered
Bought this for my wife's birthday and we were both really impressed. Lovely creamy bubbles and that toasty thing you get with good fizz — reminded me of champagne honestly. At thirty quid it's not cheap but it felt worth it for a special occasion.
